Topic: alternate method to hack windows passwords

ive never tried the method in ep 1 to hack a windows password but i have hacked my brotbhers password once by getting his password files from a linux application and brute forcing them with the administrator rights on a different account. but would it be easier (or possible) to just copy his sam and syskey files to a thumb drive, doing the hack to change his password in command prompt with administrator rights hack, then when im done looking at his stuff just booting back into linux and reinserting his sam and syskey files? i really dont care about my brothers shit and i already have his password i just wanted to know for informational value because i just enjoy doing it. ill try it myself i just wanted some other input making sure im not making a mistake.

i've been trying to get a fruityloops tutorial (platinum package) from davidngoliath. it costs almost $300!!! i don't have it. i've been checking into a hack for paypal on the instructibles website. but, if i get it for 1cent and they check their records, i'm screwed right? i'm new at hacking and don't know of many options. brothas, if ya'll could help me out. Thanks.

rrobertsonalvin if i remember rightly Fruityloops is a sound editing program and there are heap off free tutorials out there. So before you go hacking paypal might i suggest looking on Google. Heres what i found:

Results 1 - 10 of about 780,000 for fruity loops tutorial. (0.11 seconds)

I sure that if you look around a little more you will be able to find some more. And remember Google is your friend.

You guys are idiots! In ep 1 you gave a long and frankly pointless way to get into the admin account! To change a windows password easily first go into an account with admin rights (to get into the main admin account if it is not usually displayed press F8 during the 'Power-on self-test') then go into start, run, type cmd and click run. Then type NET USER 'username' 'password' (without invreted commas) then press enter. Alternatively instead of a password type * and it will promp you to change it

That is also another good way to change it. Most user accounts now days have the administrator password set to, I know my windows box has all the passwords enabled and the LM Hash disabled smile
